"Rooms are too small"

"Excellent location and lovely hotel, with very helpful staff. Our palace view room was very large and comfortable, with high ceilings and great bedding, and surprisingly quiet in a busy area of the city. The Tokyo Station location is central to all major sites in the city and trains to other cities. Excellent breakfast with many buffet and cook to order options. The only minor irritant for me was the hairdryer, which lacked a styling nozzle so resulted in a couple of less than stellar hair days. Truly a first world problem, I know. In fairness, I'm sure the incredibly helpful staff would have found an alternative for me, if I had asked. Will stay here again and would recommend to friends. "

"I can see why this property was booked up before. The staff is amazing and attentive. The property is very well kept compared to others. The room was very spacious. The AC was cold, and I was able to control it which was a plus. The bathroom was spotless and also spacious. Next trip, I be sure to book way in advance to make sure that I end up at this property. Again, the staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) were phenomenal. "

"-entrance is very welcoming, with live music, they take your shoes away (beware if you have stinky socks after long travel) -welcoming green tea is served, which is very nice, very traditional; -staff is amazing, super helpful; -agree with other reviewers - no flexibility- we needed some hard soap and they don’t provide it, I think 5 star hotel for that price with hospitality image as their main goal should provide any soap customer wants, you hardly can wash under your arms with super liquidy soap, why not provide a traditional Japanese herbal hard soap? I don’t think liquid soap is very convenient. - breakfast was really bad - we tried both Japanese and western style - and 2-3 star quality"
