"Spacious interior, new appliances, comfortable beds. Overall seems it is not ready to be rented out, needs MUCH more attention to make it a comfortable space. Disadvantages: has a cabin type smell, right off a very busy road/not walkable area, loud road and train noise (high speed train directly out the backyard area), sparsely furnished (no actual kitchen table), no living room coffee table, deck and backyard totally unusable/rundown. "The house is beautiful with lots of room. We were four couples and we never felt we were on top of each other. The enclosed outside deck was a comfortable place to sit and talk in the evening without being bothered by insects. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable; my wife and I had the Bee Room, which was decorated with bee motifs everywhere. "Great family resort. Our grandkids loved the indoor pool and outdoor amenities. There were a couple of small issues but Kevin and his family were on top it, apologetic and fixed the issues quickly. Our cottage was very clean, well appointed with what we needed for our group on a 4 night stay. This family takes great care to make you feel welcome and comfortable."
