"At weekend food was a bit cool, the shower was lethally a bath mat would be appreciated . The microwave was without instructions and difficult to use. On the plus side the room was large well equipped clean and heating and cooling was great. Staff were excellent, I would definitely stay again."

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. "Great convenient parking right at the hotel, £18 for 24 hours and then £1 for each extra hour. Reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Room was good apart from a couple of bits of rubbish found underneath the bed that hadn’t been cleaned. "

"Great staff who were helpful, however the room was poor for the cost, very old styling and carpet was not clean, water left in the kettle. I had been looking forward to staying at this hotel as it’s a great location. But would not chose to stay hear again as there are much better hotels for the cost of this one. "

"Lovely hotel"

"The room was very clean. I arrived before the check in time as I had to go to a Leeds United match. The staff offered to keep my luggage so I could check in later after the match. The service was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly. Thanks for the experience."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurant was excellent , very high stand of food and great service. Our room was comfortable however the bathroom could do with refurbishing but shower ok. The health club pool was nice but I didn’t like the shape , not suitable for lane swimming but perfect for a relaxing dip. The changing rooms could be improved with conditioner in showers and body lotion .A good location to explore Leeds and a short walk to train station."

"We arrived on the 12th of April all staff members we interacted with were very friendly and helpful, we needed directions to town and info on parking they helped with that and a disposable razor was given on request. Room was clean and the bed was very spacious and comfortable. There was a great selection at breakfast, we liked the fact there was a microwave to use if you wanted to bring your own food although there was a snack bar and restaurant."
