"Not worth your money at all"

"I booked this room based on deceiving pictures and reviews. Unfortunately non refundable. I checked in, got to my rickety, musty room that reminded me of a place that would give you bedbugs, and didn’t even sit down. I quickly booked the Marriott nearby and left. Had to eat the cost of $400, but my god this place was rough. I never, ever write bad reviews, but the reviews here are what led me to my booking so I’m compelled to at least warn others. "

"Felt more like a Marriott than a Ritz. Hotel is okay, pool heater was out for the week, room was somewhat worn, AC was noisy. Not the same level of Ritz or Four Season's for the cost that I expect. Not a bad experience but not worth the cost compared to other 5 stars. I would not stay there again."

"Only was there for a night stay. However the amenities they have and conveniences of location are perfect. Will be staying again."

"Easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop and Maui brewing at hotel. If you get breakfast meal tickets they are to eat at Maui brewing company. Really enjoyed jalepeno glazed bacon every morning. Saves a lot of money to buy breakfast tickets. Hotel was clean and easy to book excursions from. Would come back again!"
