"I rated it overall at 5 stars but if posible I’d give it 5and a half stars since the issues are easy to fix.
There were a few cosmetic issues in bathroom (eg cracked base of shower) and the shower head itself needs replacing or fixing because it occasionally gave spirts of cold and hot water.
But it was a still much better than other rooms we’ve stayed for a similar price close to the university."

"My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge.
Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party.
Will definitely stay again.
Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection."

"No issues with this hotel, I had to stay one night for business and it gave me everything I needed and was comfortable, clean and the staff were excellent. Couldn’t ask for more for what I needed and would happily stay again!"
