"Staff was great. Good amenities. Pool, bar, restaurant and gallery all very nice. Included WiFi was slow - not worth using. Only on site parking is valet adds $25/day. The valet service was very good however. Room was attractive but a little tight. Open style shower looks nice, but sprays water outside the shower - poor design. Park across the street appears to be popular for the homeless which prevented us venturing there. was hoping it was a more walkable neighborhood."

"The staff was incredibly helpful, my flight was delayed due to weather issues, I arrived to the property a little after 1am. The staff greeted me and made sure I got to my room. In the morning I went downstairs for complementary breakfast and it was good. I was on the third floor and I didn’t hear any noise, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Complementary water and coffee all day and free shuttle to and from the airport. I had a great experience!"

"Horrible hotel! The room was filthy and I initially found a dead cockroach in the refrigerator but had checked all other cupboards and didn’t find any. I told the front desk and they wouldn’t do anything. We were only passing through and have a pet, so we decided to tough it out. The next morning, I found a live cockroach! We left immediately."

"Comfort suites was a great choice for my family and I. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and big and clean. Kids got to go swimming and they enjoyed it. We would definitely choose the same hotel."

"The hotel was nice..I didnt know i had to pay for packing. I would have booked a different hotel . And the plumbing was terrible we had to go down stairs everyday to let them know the bathtub was clogged. We couldn't even call because the line was always busy.. When checking out i let them know about the plumbing. All i got was oh sorry about that."
