"We have stayed here before, I payed for a sea veiw room but got a room were we had to keep curtains closed when in room as the imperial hotel was our veiw we could see the sea if I was upto window and looked left could see a bit, couldn't change told it was full and on checking out told it was classed as a side veiw very disappointing and payed £20 extra for it"

"Please avoid at all costs, hotel was definitely not as described, had ratings of 9 and exalent that's why we booked to be honest I think genuine ratings was maybe 2-3 and very disappointing, staff were quite rude mattersess was stained with urine /blood ect, someone had been sick in one of the rooms on the carpet witch had just been left to dry, when we asked to please change rooms wee were told we should be happy with room as they are a very bugit B&B. "Het gebouw en het onderhoud hiervan is op z’n zachts gezegd gedateerd. Maar dat is heel Blackpool! De kamer is dan wel een paar jaar terug gerenoveerd maar niet echt schoon. Het bed is oké en in tegenstelling tot de rest van de kamer, wel schoon en fris. Net als de handdoeken. De badkamer moet met schimmelreiniger worden aangepakt. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar het ontbijt slaat nergens op!"
