"We have stayed here before, I payed for a sea veiw room but got a room were we had to keep curtains closed when in room as the imperial hotel was our veiw we could see the sea if I was upto window and looked left could see a bit, couldn't change told it was full and on checking out told it was classed as a side veiw very disappointing and payed £20 extra for it"

"Het gebouw en het onderhoud hiervan is op z’n zachts gezegd gedateerd. Maar dat is heel Blackpool! De kamer is dan wel een paar jaar terug gerenoveerd maar niet echt schoon. Het bed is oké en in tegenstelling tot de rest van de kamer, wel schoon en fris. Net als de handdoeken. De badkamer moet met schimmelreiniger worden aangepakt. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar het ontbijt slaat nergens op!"

"Cant fault the hotel at all. Nice room....Clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice and hot and served quickly. All in all a brilliant place to stay and well worth the visit. Clean and Comfortable even with renovations being done. Well done to all."
