"Waffles Cereal with warm milk just sitting on counter Bagels but no condiments no butter no cream cheese No orange juice Staff was friendly and polite All that nasty carpet hallways and rooms need to be removed I did not appreciate showering with the last guest I met all their hair but not them personally I had to go get carpet fresh and pour on floors and sprayer ribbing alcohol on all surfaces just to stay there the maid the next morning let me use the vaccum to get it up the room smelled much better and had to leave the window open for my 2 day stay room was old stinking. Never again. "

"Horrible experience, holes in sheets, horrible smell in room, asked for change of room and was told they were fully booked, even though they had an empty parking lot at 2am. Was given an empty can of febreeze for the smell. "

"Staff friday night put my husband in a different room than I booked for, so when I got there saturday morning, there was a new receptionist who couldnt even find him in the system as checked in. I called him to see what room he was in and the that room was in someone elses name, and was a downgrade from the room i booked. Bathroom was filthy. It was almost as if they gave him a room that someone else used and didnt do a complete cleaning. I went to the receptionist (she was very helpful and so was the rest of the morning staff) and she switched rooms. Then, the room that she gave us, the bath tub was clogged, so we had to get rooms switch again and finally that room was clean and sufficient. I would not recommend this place because it is unorganized and filthy. Only plus to it was the saturday and sunday morning staff. "
