"The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"I probably would've rated our stay as excellent if we didn't get a problematic room, because there were some great things about this place. Unfortunately, our room was the only one that jutted out underneath the overhang on the ground floor and sat baking in the sun all day long. The only operable window was broken and our room was like a sauna, so we didn't sleep the first night. Our fridge also froze everything (even turned down) and made an irritating ringing sound that kept me awake. Also,...

"Wonderful property, and a very convenient location! We brought our newborn up from Sacramento for a getaway and we loved our 1br apartment. The kitchen was perfect, everything we needed and then some. Will definitely be back "
