"As soon as we entered the Apartment, a bad smell welcomed us. Radiator stopped working in the middle of the night but good thing was there were a few electrical heaters in the accommodation and we left one on. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and there was a bug in the bathtub. Bathroom door knob was broken, we could even see spider nets around. Apparently, place is not well maintained. We were glad that we only stayed for one night."

Modern amenities in a historic home in the centre of Bruges - it was like a fairytale being in the place that everyone takes pictures of due to its historical charm and beauty! "Good location, nice clean property with modern furniture and beds. However, we were disappointed that the owners never contacted us prior to arriving, despite being told we would receive the code. The number listed on the Hotels.com is out of service. We managed to contact one owner by finding a phone number on another website. Not a great check-in system-this needs to be revamped before we can recommend."
