"Overall, the property was good. It is a great location for tourist of DC with walking distance to great locations. Staff were good .... except one lady on day shift at the main desk, curt and rude. The room was extremely small without any amenities at all! No ice bucket, no coffee, extremely cheap, rough towels. Every morning, I would go to the restaurant to get my wife and I a coffee ... $12 for 2 cups and take it back to the room. The only thing Yotel provided was 2 small paper cups and an ice machine down the hall. The Yotel is located beside a DC fire department, so expect to hear the sirens on the firetrucks leaving often, night and day. I believe next time I will try to Hyatt across the street."

"We loved the area. Within walking distance, about 20-25 minutes to just about anything. The room was clean. We needed extra towels and stuff, they were brought fairly quickly. Dog friendly!!! Would return. "

"For the price point, this place was well below average. The floor was barely vacuumed, bed was hard as a rock, shower smelled like mildew every time we turned it on, outlets were loose or missing covers, they didn’t refresh our linens or take our trash away, and the TV kept cutting in and out. The location to the metro itself was convenient, but be warned that train whistles will start blowing early AM (one night the train came through at 350 AM). My husband and I wish we had booked at another hotel. We will never come back here. "

"It is a beautiful hotel however I was disappointed that my room was not available until around 6:00 PM when check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM. This messed up our dinner plans as we had reservations at a restaurant that evening and no time to get ready for it.Also, I didn’t realize that they didn’t have microwaves in the rooms."
