"Clean and convenient location for our show at the Beacon Theatre. One star off for being able to hear guest conversations very clearly from outside our room. While the Wallace lounge was very presentable, the drinks and dessert were just ok. Would be nice for hotel guests to have priory seating in the lounge instead of having to wait or succumb to the bar. Overall, I would 100 percent recommend The Wallace and would probably stay here again if I’m visiting UWS again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Carlyle. Its most incredible feature is the Bemelman's Bar downstairs. It was super convenient and fun to meet up with all of our local friends there. It's rare to find a hotel that has such an iconic and lively space right inside the hotel. The staff was also super friendly, attentive and helpful. We felt welcomed and very well treated. "

"Love the location! Like that ice and vending machine with diet available 24/7. Like that a good restaurant is available essentially on site. Like size of room. Like doorman that flag down cabs. The Lucerne is a good goto on the Upper West Side."

"My sisters and I stayed at CIVILIAN during a recent girls weekend. The hotel is very conveniently located near Times Square and the Theater District, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious by New York standards! I would stay here again."
