"Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

"Both elevators did not work. Needed to climb 12 floors on foot. While checking out staff asked "how was your stay". I mentioned the elevators not working made for a poor experience. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that". Not sure what the point of asking is if there's no intention to rectify the situation."

"Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"

"I loved my stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I paid extra to be on a high floor, the view was worth it! The features I enjoyed: -Being able to cast to the in room tv -The lux cotton robes -Turning on a red or green light to indicate whether you don’t want to be disturbed or your room serviced -The Sessions Restaurant~ it was my birthday and you get a free drink and free cake+ice cream. They even sung me happy birthday. The menu selection is amazing. -Rooftop bar with...
