"We had a wonderful stay at Plantation Oaks Suites & Inn in Millington. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. "Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!"

"Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty."

"My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through."

"Elevator was out. We walked 3 flights with bags. The room number was "taped" to the wall in blue painter's tape ??? The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came."

"Clean hotel but in the Expedia website they made a point about breakfast included. This hotel was about $14 higher that similar hotels within a mile and I choose it because of the convenience of having breakfast instead of looking for a breakfast place in a new city. After contacting Expedia a few days ago, I still get the run around and to make it more painful, it still advertise free breakfast"

"They did not have right sheets after asking 2 x there was weed smell and it was noisy"

"Room was ok. Floors with no carpet and too slick. The room felt damp. Room was clean. No amenities like hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Only a bar of soap and 2 towels. Full kitchen but nothing in it. You have to bring your own kitchen supplies or buy theirs. Hallway carpet very old and dirty. Hall way smelled. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. There was a yelling match in the room next door to us the first night and next morning but very quiet the next two nights."
