"We stayed 2 nights in sn upper floor twin room. The in room TV was tiny, but everything else about the stay was good. Internet was fast, breakfasts were very good, and we also enjoyed dining there in the evenings, with views of the last gokfers of the day on the 9th and 18th holes just outside the windows. Parking was easy, and the staff were great."

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

"Great place for a stop over"

"I wanted to stay somewhere a little quirky and thought that this place would be ideal. There was a very steep lane on arrival. The hut shown in the picture is not the one we were in. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether. The reason I wanted the one in the photo was because it was close to the toilets as I have a stomach/digestion disorder and have to use the toilet during the night. We arrived about 4pm, unpacked the car and had a Quick Look...

"A relaxing stay. Lovely team that felt like family. They couldn’t do enough for us. Kerry at reception was exceptional- very professional and knowledgeable. Jo was an absolute gem. The kitchen staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel made it especially great due to the amenities nearby in the plaza and fuel station. I highly recommend"

"Staff friendly and helpful. Room with an ensuite was a bit small with the ensuite diagonally in one corner. Very compact. A full and enjoyable breakfast was included in the cost. Dinner options were also varied. Late 11am check out which was welcomed."

"We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. "

"We turned up and there was already a family in the property, we had no way of contacting someone and the family kindly gave us the owners number who contacted us the next day but the night we arrived we were left stranded after 4 hours of driving with no where to stay with 3 young children. "Ben, was extremely understanding that due to the jet fuel situation in the UK, we had to cut our trip short and he was not able to move us to a different day. Outside of expedia's commission he offered to refund a portion of the stay since we couldn't be there that night. Just waiting on Expedia to update it in my account"
