The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent, we especially enjoyed the pool, sauna, and gym, all of which were in great condition. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help...

"We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel...

Quite fairly priced, clean good quality towels, even though I would say any at level cleanliness is a must and a basic., missing at this property. "The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."
