"Great hotel in a perfect, central location. The receptionists were outstanding, always smiling and saying hello. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being close to busy areas. There was a nice roof terrace too. However, do NOT order a drink from the ‘skybar’ using the QR code. I eventually got my drink one hour later after repeatedly chasing it and going downstairs to the bar/restaurant. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and offered no apology. He should not be working...

"Fabulous location. Easy walk to sights, restaurants, shopping and very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with great service. Room was a delight- so clean. Would highly recommend this place and if I ever return to Madrid- I will stay here again."

"Fantastic hostel, which is more like a hotel! Everything is so clean and new. The place is really spacious - including all common areas, rooms, bathrooms, and it’s a comfortable place to hang out. Staff are really friendly- I don’t know all of their names, but I remember Clara at breakfast was helpful and sweet! The breakfast was delicious - better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this is one of the best. The area is cool and trendy, with so much to do...

"Hotel Liabeny has comfortable beds and clean rooms. The hotel is very close to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. It is located in walkable distances to most of the museums and interest places in Madrid. This is the third time I stayed at the Hotel and it has been remodeled."
