"The property was great. Central to Times Square. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and access to Bar Lola (15% discount.) It was a rainy stay so we liked that we could go next door for a nice meal in a swanky atmosphere. It was delicious, and their staff was great as well."

"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. I would stay here again and the location is excellent but would opt for a little larger room with a larger bathroom offset from the room itself. It was very...

"The room was clean but the mildew smell in the bathroom was overwhelming. The window shade got hung after the housekeeping staff had cleaned so maintenance did have to come stand on our bed and repair it. I'm not sure I will stay here again."

"A symphony of beige, so inoffensive as to be offensive, just like the pictures on the walls, but everything worked, clean, comfortable, capacious. However, why floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows when in such close proximity to other buildings? Curtains almost completely drawn all the time (unless clothed!) as a result. Hope this doesn’t sound too mean. It was all perfectly ok."

"Ein tolles Hotel am Times Square. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Kaffee wie gewohnt etwas zu dünn, Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und recht ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Wartezeit am Fahrstuhl zeitweise etwas lang, aber alles in allem gut organisiert auch beim Frühstück. Ich würde hier wieder buchen."
