"The hotel wins on Location, Location, Location! Close to Central Park EVERYTHING is within walking distance without the noise and hassle of being in Times Square or in the middle of nowhere where. We spent five nights here and it was perfect for our needs - Broadway is close by and there are plenty of places to eat at all times of day and night and there is even a 24 hour supermarket with fresh fruit and pastries across the road. "Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Sheryl (don’t know if that is how she spells her name) was particularly helpful and just very friendly and professional. The housekeeping could use some help but otherwise it was an overall great stay. Everyone from the reception to the valet/bell were very friendly.
