"Friendly staff willing to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Shout out to Ingrid for taking care of our room during our stay. Great breakfast! Love the 8pm cookies yum!! Con’s: Time to upgrade mattress in their rooms. Ours was horrible!! Pits in it, squeaks every time you roll over. Bathroom shower needs a makeover. Tub faucet had a constant drip."

"I selected this hotel based on the photos and descriptions provided on the Expedia site. Once I checked in and gained admittance to the suite, I discovered it was shabby, broken furniture and dirty. I went back to the desk and said given the condition of the suite, I didn’t want to stay and asked for a refund. Desk person told me OK they would cancel and refund my money.
