"Check-in was a little rough as the lady at the front desk seemed a little flustered with how busy it was. Only had 1 elevator working so it took some time to wait for it. We couldn’t get into our room at first due to the door sticking at the top but we figured it out and was able to get into our room. Stayed for the Luke Combs Concert at ND- overall it was a nice stay and was able to get on the free bus to ND from Century Center. "

"Buyer Beware! Our room was not ready at 4:20 pm so went to our event. Came back at 12:30. It was a handicap access room (not requested). Carpet was wet, stained, gum smashed in carpet. Toilet ran, had to take lid of to fix each time. TV and remote did not work. Mirrors not clean. Long black hairs all over bathroom floor. The only time someone was at the front desk was when we TRIED to check in - otherwise you had to ring a bell or call a number. Hallway was filthy- not vacuumed. Bathroom had broken shelf with crazy "repair" and so did bathroom door to cover a big hole. We were told they couldn't provide any type of refund since it was booked through Expedia. When Expedia called the hotel on our behalf, they said they couldn't refund any money since we stayed there. (We never would have stayed if we were able to see the condition of the room earlier but we had no other options at 12:30 that night). We slept fully clothed and had to put our shoes on to even walk around the room so they didn't get wet. Absolutely gross!"

"The staff was super friendly. Front desk and house keeping breakfast was better then any other hotel I have been too. Rooms are super clean. My family loves this hotel definitely worth the price. Please visit this hotel.. you won't be disappointed.."

"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. We arrived at 4:30 waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before the cleaning lady went and got someone to work the front desk. Upon "trying" to check in, we were told they didn't have our reservation. Once it was found, they tried to charge me again for the room that was already paid in advance and we were told that our room wasn't ready and still needed to be cleaned, check in started at 3. At 5:40 we were finally given a room, which was suppose to be a suite. What we found was an emptied out room that had a bed, broken down couch, a small table and chair, a tv, that didn't work, two lamps a frig, and absolutely nothing else. Upon walking into the bathroom, we were greeted by the most disgusting tub that we have ever seen. Black stuff everywhere. We paid over $400 for this room to attend a concert, which started at 5:20 and we didn't get there until 6:30. DO NOT BOOK at this place. I am extremely disappointed that Hotels.com had this listed as an option for a quality hotel."

"Room was not cleaned properly. Previous guests trash was left in the bin and the window was wide open. First floor room where anyone could climb through it. We didn’t notice since we checked in so late. Discovered everything the next morning. "
