"Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"All staff were welcoming and very friendly. Comfy bed. The room smell was too much with laundry or cleaning products that are heavy with synthetic fragrances and gave me a headache in the first hour. Less is more, not everyone can tolerate it. "

"The full English breakfast was delicious and prompt. You pick a time to eat ahead of time. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. I found the environment and atmosphere pleasant and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the in room amenities like tea and coffee and milk were very appreciated. I would stay again."

"Lovely comfy room and flexible air con so we could have the temperature we wanted. Check in busy and slow but staff pleasant. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Only annoyance was noisy guests in the corridor in the early hours. I'd have thought it would be common sense and respectful to talk quietly outside other people's rooms. Minutes from T2 so really convenient (also easy walk to train station). Access from arrivals (ground floor)."

"With the weather being so hot the hotel didn't have air conditioning, even with fans the room was unbearable, hardly got any sleep over my 2 night stay. The hotel needs to have better provision for when it's this hot."
