"The staff were absolutely wonderful. The area that hotel was in was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The first full day I was there I was gone for 5 hours and left when the cleaning ladies were on my floor. When I returned 5 hours later, they still haven’t gotten to my room not had their carts moved several rooms. I would think a floor could be cleaned with 2 cleaning ladies within a 5 hour period. That and I found toenail clippings on the floor when I checked in."

"Everything was perfect, except for the house keeper didn’t understand English. I needed towels and she couldn’t understand what i was asking for. It also took her all day to bring me 2 towels"

"I came to Miami for a carnival cruise but the truth is the hotel was better than the cruise. The continental breakfast was the best they had some of everything you could think of having for breakfast they gave us complementary drinks for the evening. I feel like we could’ve got a little bit more water given to us in our room and they also charge for the water $4.25 a bottle which was kind of a lot but didn’t bother me one bit because I paid more for water on Carnival cruise"

"Overall the hotel was nice the room was amazing, but it was difficult to sleep on my first night as there was so much loud ambiance from the bar from the music to the people. I did express this to the hotel and they did respond to me. If not for those disruptions I would have definitely book this hotel again within the next month, hopefully they can fix that but from the other reviews I’ve read it seems to be an ongoing problem."

"The shuttle from the airport wasn’t very good. It had to wait close to 45 minutes because it had stopped at the hotel and didn’t return even after landing contacted them to say I needed picked up. The room was nice but had an odd smell, almost like fish. I didn’t notice it after being in the room for 10-15 minutes. It was VERY nice that they had plates, and silverware right in the room!"
