"The young girl who was on reception when I arrived on Thursday and on Friday morning was amazing. She was so helpful and went over and beyond what would be expected. "Sarah & Marc met us as we arrived with a drink & a chat to welcome us. The room with en-suite was beautifully decorated, clean & quiet. "Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy.
