"The night staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was good. The mattress in room 211 needed to be changed out not as comfortable as expected."

"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. "I never actually got a room because the desk person gave me a key to someone else's room and then disappeared and never came back before I gave up waiting. He was either high or drunk or really sick because he couldn't stand up or do anything. He tried to keep my ID when he copied it. I gave up waiting for him to return and went to the hotel down the street. I'm still fighting to get a refund."

"I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am"

"What I liked about the stay there was a in door pool, the restaurant with the bar was ok. They had a bigger restaurant that served breakfast that was very nice. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't take the food upstairs. My friend couldn't walk that much. They should allow disabled people to have their food in the rooms. Also when we got there the room we had at first the floor was very very sticky and the heat wasn't working. They with no problem gave us another room that was better. I...

"when we first walked in there was a very strong smell of bleach, cigarettes, and weed. the bathroom toilet was not flushing and didn’t work. the top of the toilet had hair and dust. the bathroom in general was very dirty. there was no screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window to air out the room. overall the hotel was very dirty but the customer service was amazing, they refunded my money immediately."

"Parking is safe and worry-free. Room was clean Staff was helpful and knowledgable. This is our 4th time staying with American Inns and leaving the carand we have had no issues. We will be staying again in November."

"This Country Inn was the worst Country Inn I’ve ever stayed in. A bag of trash on the elevator, kids running down the hall after midnight knocking on people/my door. Housekeepers do not put 50% effort in cleaning the rooms. Bathroom floor was sticky, bed headboard was so filthy the Lysol wipes were mud. This hotel is filthy nasty."
