"One of the best hotel stays…and I travel a lot. Sharon at the front desk was amazing and definitely loved her job! Would stay again!"

"This place is fine. It’s not as good as the ratings scores indicate it should be but nothing wrong with it either. The restaurant is convenient and has decent food if you like simple diner fare."

"Our room was clean. We had a light in the bathroom that blinked on and off the entire time it was on. The shower floor was very dirty or stained. Our fridge did not work. The bus to the airport was on time and convenient."

"We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"

"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. Lastly, the wall nearest the window had suspicious dripping stains (disgusting). In all, not the greatest stay for the price. This hotel...

"Coffee maker didn’t work, light in bathroom went out at 10 pm. Some old neon light thing. Very hard to apply makeup in the room holding a mirror in one hand and the makeup in the other something weird with the sheets. About 4 flat sheets on the bed?"

"Check in staff were okay. Breakfast staff was below average. No options for vegetarian. Could have had beans for something for breakfast. Potatoes had a bad aftertaste. Also no gluten free bread option. Cleaning staff were good. Not coming back to hampton inn"

"The staff was the most friendly I think I have ever encountered. I travel a lot and they welcomed me from the moment I called to get picked up until the moment I left. I was due back in a week and they knew it and made sure I was taken care of. Fantastic stay!!"

"Fantastic breakfast and service. Traveling for a month, so the laundry services were clean and easy to use. Location between Ann Arbor and Detroit was great!"

"The hotel was great for one day someone where to lay my head before an early morning flight. Will say it’s super outdated. Bathroom had rust in the tub. But overall perfect for the price"

"My room was not clean when i checked in… ruined the experience for me. I didn’t expect lavish but the cleanliness really through me off. The employee at the front desk did give me a hard time in the beginning but i guess I’ll see how helpful she was once i received my refund."
