"The continental breakfast is nice, if not typical, with cereal, bagels, toast, juice, coffee/tea, etc. The hot breakfast option is quick although limited... eggs, bacon and tater tots. The staff is very friendly, the rooms clean and quiet. The parking is convenient and the location is just off the highway in the center of Barrie. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. When we went to strip the bed because I had lost a ring, we discovered a large, brownish stain on the sheets that looked like baby feces and the sheets clearly had not been changed before our arrival. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Hyatt, and it caused me distress and concern for cleanliness. "I found the weekday rate fairly high. I’ve gotten a better rate on a weekend there and it just felt abnormally high for a Wednesday night. It would be nice if breakfast was served a little later or longer. We got in late and missed out. My kids slept in and were disappointed that they missed it.
