"We stayed on the Laguana side and the room we had was disgusting. I have never stayed in such a nasty room before. They said the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available due to some sort of event. "Everything was great. It is an interesting place. Breakfast was superb. The only downside was that there was no one there to greet us when we arrived. They had an envelope with our name on it in a box with instructions. In the morning, I went up to the tower/widows walk to see the view. Then we had the great breakfast and conversations with the inn keeper. It is convenient to the regions attractions. "
