"Great Hotel! Clean and comfortable. For purchase snacks are crazy Expensive ($5 a snicker Bar). You get $20 voucher for breakfast which is ok."

"Very well kept property. Very very comfortable room, with everything you need, from mini fridge to coffee maker, safe box, microwave. Everything working well. Loved the bath robes. Beautiful, cozy, comfortable. Coffee machine dispenser at the reception with all flavors avail. Wine by the glass at a super reasonable price. Snacks, breakfast items. Staff super helpful. This is definitely a hotel I will come back when visiting the area. Conveniently located in Milbrae next to the Bart station....

"The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast wasn’t super good, but enough to start our day. The big issue is the parking, not enough parking spaces, they told us that we have to park on the street! One truck was taking two spaces, and they said the owner was out town, so it can’t be moved. We wasn’t the only ones, other guests were also complaining"

"Very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard street as well as the cable cars. Hotel was very clean. Furniture in rooms is worn and bath tub paint is chipping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Price is very good for the location."

"Toilet didn’t work. Horrible parking experience. They instructed to park in a garage down the road which closes at midnight so good luck trying to find anywhere to park after midnight. Will definitely not be staying here next time I’m in town. Room was not very clean either"

"Short drive into SF city. Parking is an arm and a leg. Prepare for the windiest walk from lobby to parking lot. Love that we were on the 14th floor facing the bay. The view of the sunset from our room on our 1st night was phenomenal. Unfortunately, on the 2nd night it was super cloudy. Room is clean and access to electrical sockets and charging ports were plentiful!"

"Advertised continental breakfast, which was not the case. Instead was given $10 daily credit to their horrible restaurant. also, no AC"

"It’s got that 1930’s San Francisco charm. Centrally located, so much to do right there. I really liked it, I’ll stay there next time in town absolutely. Just spent 4 nights in SF"

"There are a lot of hidden fees as well as unsafe conditions at this hotel. First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. On the way to the parking garage, we saw several cop cars and someone being arrested. My family, which included an 8 year old, got to the hotel in the evening after eating at a restaurant, because our flight was delayed, and had to walk 6 minutes to the...

"Parking fee was too high at over $50. They also charge a "facility fee" of $22, which was totally unexpected. If I paid for the hotel stay, I already paid for the facility. Between the two fees it amounted to more than 50% of what I already paid for the hotel stay. The whole thing came across as shady."

"We had an amazing stay at the Galleria Hotel! Its perfect location aligned perfectly with our itinerary, making everything so convenient. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was incredibly friendly and eager to help. The rooms were spotless and cozy, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to stay there again on our next trip to San Francisco!"
