"Room was clean. Staff was friendly - not staff's fault as following policy, but wanting the customer to pay $50 to check in 15 minutes early is a little ridiculous. (I know they can't let everyone check in super early, but then waiting 25 minutes in line while 1 person tried to check in 10 people lined up to get their rooms is a little crazy). Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Juice machine broke, no milk, empty hot food containers, empty oatmeal pot, bread looked like it was sat on and...

"Spent a night at the Homewood Suites after our flight out of Grand Rapids was cancelled. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating despite us arriving very late. The rooms and property itself were clean and in great shape. I would definitely stay again."

"The room was dirty. Sheets had hairs on them, floors felt really old and gross with the carpet. You could't even access the fitness center without going through the front desk to get a key. It was right next to a Walmart and that was very convenient. If I had to do it again, I would have looked for a different hotel and been willing to pay a little more for somewhere nicer."
