"Very convenient hotel as it is located right across the train station. It's at the very top of a mall/shopping building. Has an adjoining parking garage. Parking is not free for hotel guests. They will validate your parking ticket for ¥1000. Buffet was good, variety was ok. Its not a very large dining area but the turnaround is quick. Highlight would have to be the the small onsite spa/onsen. It's on the top most floor, not large but has everything you need. I would go for a quick soak after a long day and use the steam room as well. It was great to end your long day with a nice hot soak for your tired body."

"There are not enough good things I can say about my stay here. Although my stay was short, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The room I had was beautiful with a view of the garden and nature surrounding the minoh falls trail. The baths were clean and had supplies for a relaxing time provided. Yuki (one of the staff) was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, she made the stay really. I would highly recommend this to anyone. "

"The address posted on this website for the property was different from the actual address. I am not sure if this was an issue on the Expedia or the property owner but I was completely lost on the day. It was late in the night and the trains were stopped and I had to walk to the hotel. It was very confusing as the address pointed me to a different direction. I had to ask people on the street to find the place. "
