"Easy to find and fantastic big car park at the back of the hotel which was included in the price of our stay. Lovely warm room, comfortable bed and great shower. There was a good breakfast selection but staff didn’t interact with customers and didn’t clear our table once during our 2 day stay. I hate dirty pots around me!! Also no conversation with restaurant staff about alternatives for breakfast as only had fried eggs on offer at self selection. I asked for poached eggs and it took them over...

"The bedroom was spacious and clean. Everywhere was clean and in good condition - no peeling paint or mustiness you sometimes get with old buildings. The staff could not do enough for you. Everywhere was warm and comfortable. The bars were busy enough to have ambience, but not packed. The pool was brill."

"We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived. Shown to our room, which was very nice and cosy. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed a drink to go with it. Overall a very enjoyable overnight stay. I would recommend that if you are looking for a place to stay then you should try here."

"Excellent food, comfortable rooms"

"Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff...

"We were staying here because our bathroom is being renovated and will definitely stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a brilliant shower that I did not have to faff around with adjusting, just turned on and it was the perfect temperature. The underfloor heating makes the room very warm although one can open the windows. In kinder weather, there are chairs outside each of the rooms to sit on and enjoy a drink or smoke, and the pub...
