"Read the hotel details carefully!! As of our booking, they DO NOT provide room service (cleaning, etc) unless you request. Even after we requested, they still did not perform room services. A couple in next room had same complaint, said they “were locked in and had no option but to stay”. There was sand all over the room at check-in so we requested they clean. Nothing after 2 days, so we asked for a broom and we cleaned it up. No change of bedsheets even after we requested. We had to go to...

"Honestly this was a couple day stay and all I can say is the area was not good. The beds were hard as a brick and the air conditioning didn’t work as I had to go purchase a couple of fans for our two days we stayed because nothing else was available. The hotel needs major renovations or at least my room looked like nothing had been changed since the 70’s and on top of that the roof had been leaking from the AC and all they did is come clean up water that was dripping from the ceiling."

"We love all the activities for the kids of all ages. Pet friendly, great amenities. Friendly staff.
The elevators were a little hot and stuffy, but at least you’re only on them for a minute or so. The laundry room could use some detailed cleaning of the floors and the washers. One of the dryers didn’t heat, but I wasn’t too worried about it as long as our stuff got cleaned."

Last night we were there we found roaches crawling on floor and wall on the side of the room that my grandson slept on.. I don’t recommend it. Parking lot small but parking area across street also."
