"The pillows in the rooms smelled of sweat.They had clean pillowcases on them.But the pillows were horrible. We arrived at 4 o'clock.There's a 3 o'clock shack in.We had to wait a half hour for a room. Book 2 days , they were confused and I had to change my room on the second day as they only showed one day."

"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."
