"The hotel was OK there was no water in the rooms and no toiletries although they were in a giant bottle in the shower. Biggest issue was we had a king suite for $170 per night for three nights and then I changed it to two queen size beds and when we got there it was no longer a suite and the charge was $300 per night and the hotel would have made the adjustment but they said they couldn’t because basically Expedia owned and purchased the rooms so the rate was up to Expedia and they would not...

"Everything was excellent.. They have good breakfast. The room was clean. There is a pool if you want to swim. They are pet friendly too."

"We really liked this hotel and location! The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great. Amenities were very nice (other than the hot tub was lukewarm warm). The hotel could use some updating and could be a little cleaner but all in all it's a great option and we would stay again."

"The woman at the front desk switched us to a single queen bed room even though we had booked and paid in advance for a single king bed room. When I went back to the front desk to complain, she tried to convince that she gave me an upgrade by downgrading the bed size. She was rude and unprofessional. "

"I asked for a quiet room, it was noisy, next to parking and street, next morning walking to office, I see that it has rooms that overlook the interior courtyard. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, the breakfast was bad, eggs cold, potatoes cold, my waffle was OK, coffee was so so, it’s an old B W that needs a lot of rehab to bring it to todays standards."
