Stayed in a comfort double with husband and room was advertised as having in-room washer/dryer but it was not the case when we arrived. However there is a small laundry room with two washer/dryer units on the third floor and we had no issues with using/never had to wait. "This property is fine if you must stay in the Shibuya area. Most hotels in this area are weak value-wise, you pay a lot and don’t get much. Although this is a newer building, its furnishings are questionably thought out. The room lighting is weak and sparse, not useful for group activities or even reading.
