"The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. The bed was comfortable, and there was a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and professional. "Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"Very shady experience with the "daily food and beverage credits" Don't believe them, there are all kinds of limits to this, but they don't tell you what they are, even if you ask directly. Then you get stuck with a bill because of some loophole no one told you about. Then you ask about it and you get told "oh, it doesn't apply to x, y, or z" This is NOT a luxury hotel, luxury hotels don't behave this way. Stay somewhere else."

"My window was an interior window, where they prep for a breakfast groups just outside very early in the morning, while having loud conversations. They only clean your room if you asked them to the day before, which they did not tell me anything about when I booked, nor checked in to the hotel."
