"The Fairbanks Inn was easy to find and comfortable to sleep at. The balcony at the back of the room opened onto a quiet, private back yard area. The pool was set up and ready to swim, if not for the rain. While it is an older motel type property I would feel comfortable suggesting it for anyone to stay."

"The Theyer Inn is a great place to stay ! Everything is within walking distance. It’s a beautiful town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially a gentleman named Kim. He’s great ! He knows a lot of the history of Littleton. They are dog friendly and give the dogs a doggie package. We’ll be back."

"The property was clean, staff were friendly, there is ample parking. The property is dated, the toilet and fixtures in the bathroom are very old, but work fine. It's a nice little place to get away for a few days, pool and pool area is well maintained."

"Cozy super old fashioned little motel with a lock and key. Actually loved it here, perfect area and close to everywhere I planned to hike. Definitely would stay here again. Super affordable and the dude at the front desk was super cool"

"Quite disappointed that the website highlighted a golf course as one of the main attractions. No golf course exists. It appears to have not been operating for a few years at least. Extra pillows in the closet were quite stained and no extra pillow cases. Tv did not work and no instructions. The room was fine overall but I don’t think would have booked this place if I had known there was no golf course. There was no restaurant or any food service on site but that was updated in the website...
