"Pictures of Room showed a Jacuzzi tub, was told when we arrived only one room, and it was booked. Hot tub in pool area not working, key card readers very sporadic, no towels in pool area, when I called front desk was told I had to go to front desk, got to front desk and asked for 4 towels (they are very small) was told they only had 2. Phone in pool area did not work, tried calling front desk from it(safety issue for 911). Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Heat system was very loud....
