"I don’t recommend this hotel. Our room had zero ventilation so it got very hot and stuffy at night. There was no fan or ac so it was hard to sleep. There was zero housekeeping and when I needed items like toilet paper or a towel I had to find someone at the front desk - most of the time staff was no where to be found and the front desk was unattended. "El personal es excelente, un plus que tenga lavadora de ropa y secadora , los cuartos amplios , estacionamiento adecuado y de nuevo el personal hace el hotel , además de sus diferentes pisicinas térmicas. Los costos para desayuno, almuerzo , comida es un poco alto pero de muy buena calidad. Tomar en cuenta que todas las actividades son extras o pagadas a parte."

"The view itself was worth it. Just stunning. Easy to find on Google Maps, we were welcomed by the staff and given some basic breakfast items. We ended up getting more food in town. 5 minute drive into downtown. The outdoor space was wonderful with a jacuzzi. Kitchen had enough equipment to cook a meal, (pans were a bit scratched up but kind of expected). There is a trail w/ hanging bridge on site and a great place to see sunset. Although you could hike a little bit to find an even better spot. Stars as night and great view of sunrise. Host provided recommendations for private taxi and tour guide. Just a great peaceful place to be."

"Breakfast Buffet had a variety of foods to eat. Had an egg/omelette station. I did notice Costa Rica food in general is not heavily seasoned but you can ask for salt shakers/ketchup/etc if you desire. The swimming pool provided a nice contrast to the hot springs. All hot springs were the same temperature it felt. The swim bar area was a bit noisy but that sound could be drowned out with the bubbles from the hot springs. Sauna wasn't really that hot. They have a second pool but never visited I was ok with screaming kids in the main pool. Rooms were basic rooms, has a nice private terrace. No microwaves, ample storage. No bugs/critters. Air conditioning worked well. Since the buildings are single storey you do hear the rainfall which can be crazy heavy at times. Location was only a 10 minute drive to downtown La Fortuna. Easy location for Uber rides. Unfortunately not walkable to many places as you are a bit further out. No view of the volcano from the property. You could barely see it from the front parking lot, as it was cloudy all days except for 2 hours when we were there. Front desk can break down larger CRC bills as well as USD bills. Was a great home base for all of our excursions, as after all that walking you could go and soak in the hot springs."

"Toda la estadía estuvo increíble, el personal atento, la habitación limpia, supero mis expectativas. El hotel es muy seguro. El restaurante del hotel tiene comida deliciosa y la atención es maravillosa. El desayuno que incluye es variado y delicioso. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar los parques o si necesitas algo cercano al centro del pueblo. Lo recomiendo para muchos días, en familia o en pareja."
