"The hotel location is absolutely stunning. The room itself wasn't anything fancy. When we arrived the AC was leaking so we had to call maintenance & a dehumidifier had to be on the entire time we were there which got noisy when trying to sleep. Our door frame to our patio door was completely moving and you could literally pull it off the wall. There was a giant crack between the wall and door. If someone wanted to break-in they totally could have. The breakfast was included but it was very basic. It did the trick. The pools and hot springs were awesome! Our kids totally enjoyed it :)"

"I enjoyed this place a lot! The personal was really respectful and friendly. The lady from the spa was sooo nice and lovely! Everyone is extremely nice and I am so happy I choosed this place to stay in! My only “complaint” would be May be the high prices in the restaurant for dinner. But you have sodas nerby! I loved the location of this place to! I would come back for suuuure !!!!! "

"Great food onsite. Special touches like a souvenir coati and local coffee, snacks and drinks in room. Staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were attended to. Cannot beat the location in the cloud forest. Make sure to pack some warm clothes as clouds, wind and rain come through quickly and really cool things down!"

"Very convenient location. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Jocelyn and Diego provided excellent local insight to excursions, routes, and more. Excellent breakfast included - full of flavor. Inviting, cozy, and comfortable common spaces which encouraged us to meet other travelers. Comfortable bed and room. Be mindful that any location in Monteverde is (obviously) on a mountain, in the cloud forest, and in-town. So, it's generally a windy and sometimes rainy area and there may be some street noise. Come with some light layers, a raincoat, good walking/hiking shoes and maybe earplugs if you're sensitive. Overall this is an excellent bed and breakfast. We highly recommend it!"

"The property grounds are incredible, offering an abundance of options for guests to explore and have access to. All staff encountered were kind and helpful. It was also a complete benefit that the Cloud Forest shuttle is literally right across the road! We would definitely stay here again!"

"They were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrived an hour earlier than expected yet we were able to check in. The house was beautiful and the sunset view from our deck was one of my favorite experiences from our trip."
