"I been staying at different Hilton locations and this resort is nice and kid friendly. However it was pretty dusty in the room, to the point me and my family kept sneezing. Pools are very well maintained. Also the pool staff weren’t all that nice and friendly. That was a big bummer since my kids had to experience a staff member roll her eyes at me while I asked common questions."

"Property was well kept. Right around 6:00 in the morning, people were out in the hallway loudly talking and woke us up! We fell back asleep and half hour later they woke us up again with the loud talking! Terrible night!"

"There seemed to be no AC in the lobby as two large fans were blowing very hard right at the reception desk. The elevator was warm also. There were notices of renovations posted. "We were in town because of a family emergency and the staff and hotel were excellent. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean. The value for the price if great and the staff were helpful and accommodating. My mother is hard of hearing and the staff was helpful, patient and kind with our evolving needs. The location is great next to food and shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area."
