Hotel dekat Moonstone Beach

"Charming and clean. We love the age of this hotel. So much character. The bed was comfortable and we were happy to have a kitchen. The staff is friendly, helpful, and take care of the beautiful flowers and outdoor space. It is also a close walk to the grocery store."

"We stayed at the Queen suite and loved it. The view was beautiful, very long patio space, and continental breakfast. They also provide shuttle service."

"We had a wonderful experience at Snug Harbor Inn! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Avalon, with beautiful surroundings and a charming, relaxing atmosphere. The property has a lovely boutique feel that makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. What truly makes this place special is its intimate atmosphere and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy the beauty of Catalina Island, and create wonderful memories. I would highly recommend Snug Harbor...

"The staff were so sweet, kind and helpful to the moment we checked in to when we checked out."

"There is no way the room had queen beds - which we paid for. If so, they were the smallest queens I’ve slept in. Highlight was the shuttle. That’s a really nice touch. Staff were friendly. The room was not as clean as one would expect. Spiders. Hair on the floor. Beer cap on the floor. The bathroom looks to have been recently upgraded but there is mildew and rust. I have no idea what was under the toilet seat where it was attached to the bowl - but either it needed to be cleaned or maintenance...

"Great Location, Great Stay!!!"

"I booked two rooms. They said I only booked one (both on an after pay plan). I showed them my receipts, itinerary and all the Expedia info needed to look it up or accommodate. and they refused to look at them, claiming “they couldn’t find it in the system”. Which was ridiculous. Cuz I booked both rooms at the same time, same bill. They refused to look at any of my Expedia paperwork forcing me to get another room at their rates, not the rate I booked initially. They pulled some shady stuff...

"Incredible experience! Entering the cove at Two Harbors reminded me of maybe a place in the South Pacific - Palm trees, mountains all around, beautiful blue water. Getting off of the ferry we were met by Abby, who anticipated our arrival and brought us up to the Lodge. The staff was available to help with every request and always greeted us with a smile. The Lodge is an Arts and Crafts former hunting lodge, built in the early 1900's. Every room within has a view of the ocean in either direction....

"We were greeted by Denise. She welcomed us and made us feel comfortable right away. Our room was clean. It is an old hotel so we knew it would have some quirks but that was fine by us. The location is prime and they provided continental breakfast. Those things mattered to us. Our door latch did not have all the parts so could not be latched but there was a dead bolt below that. Our tub was very deep and hard to get in and out of even with the hand bar. Overall we would definitely stay here...

"Wasn't clean and we got charge $15. For cleaning"
