"Very nice staff, fairly quiet hotel. I mentioned to the front desk that there were ants all over the counter where the coffee maker was and that the shower and sink took 5 minutes to turn hot. She was receptive; I’m hoping she will report those issues and that they will be resolved."

"Bathtub looked like it had been wiped down instead of actually cleaned. Desk chair looked like it had never been cleaned before. The "Breakfast" was barely a step above prison food."

"I loved the place! Stayed 2 nights with my 4 toddlers which can chaotic and every staff member treated us all kindle and respectful! Breakfast was great for 12.99 buffet!"

"The floor was not very clean in the room, old food in the fridge, killed a spider and an ant in the bathroom which wasnt a big deal. The pool needs cleaned. When we got back into the room after swimming and laid down, we went to turn on the AC and it wouldnt work. We got someone from the front desk and they couldnt fix it. They offered to move us but moving at 1030pm at night is not ideal when you have 4 children ready for bed. We asked for a fan which was covered in lint, we cleaned it - which doesnt seem like a big deal but I feel like it couldve been sinply cleaned by the staff before bringing it to us. Overall was not awful but I do feel like they need to pay attention to cleaning better before renting out the room and keep the pool clean as that is the main reason a lot of families go to hotels is to swim."

"The staff at check-in were friendly. The ceiling in the hallway looked like it had some damage and/or mold problems. Our room was very poor. It was a dark room, and one of the lamps didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom had a dead spider on the floor. The tub had peeling white paint. The shower curtain was filthy. The towels, which included 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, looked stained and dirty. But the location was good, and the bed was OK. However, we will not be staying there again."
