"ホテル滞在最終日に息子が高熱を出してダウンしてしまいました。息子をベッドで休ませたいので空港に向かうギリギリの午後3時まで部屋を使わせて欲しい、とレセプションの女性スタッフにお願いしたら快く了解してもらえました。
また、ニューイヤーイブの夜にディナーの予約が取れず困っていた私たちに、その女性スタッフは私たちの希望を聞いたうえでいくつかのお店の名前をメモにして教えてくれました。
親身でとても温かい対応に心より感謝します。"
