"Checked into a non-smoking room, and the moment I walk in it smells like smoke in the air, pillows, sheets, etc. Staff was nice and friendly which was great. Said it was a queen bed but looked and felt like a full. Fridge was very big and spacious and having a microwave was a nice addition, I will admit. No sound proofing in the walls so you can hear people above you (if on bottom floor) using running water, showering, or going up and down the stairs. Woke me up a few times in the night. TV...

"The service was great! I booked a room for two adults and three kids, and our room had two double beds and a sofa sleeper. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen area and sink, which was very convenient. I also liked that there were two TVs. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink drained very slowly. "The shower curtain was torn and disgusting. The shower faucet was difficult. The electric outlet doesn’t work. The blanket was old and had many holes. There were no chairs or lamps. The heater was very loud."
