"Chose the Hampton Inn Poway as an extra night on my birthday trip knowing that this isn't a fancy resort by any means but Hampton Inn always comes with great stays and calm environments. The stay started out ok with the gentleman at the front being very helpful and even offering an "upgrade". We got to the room to notice a musty smell from the AC being off. "Elevator needs serviced. It took more than 5 minutes for me the other day to go from the third floor to the first floor. I was in panic mode the entire time afraid if was going to stop between floors. Would my work believe it if I was late for work? I take the stairs 100% of the time now!"

"It was a great place to stay! It was quiet and clean, and we used the pool multiple times. We stayed 6 nights and have no complaints!"

"I like to cook & prepare breakfast of eggs. I bring my own 8" egg pan, good sharp knives for cutting or chopping. Everything else is provided. Stacked W/D each took about an hr no matter what setting you set. Staff is excellent & I love texting options with housekeeping. Everything you need within 10-15 min."

"Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch.
