"El hotel esta en una muy buena ubicacion en Roma Sur, tiene varios cafes y restaurantes a su alrededor, asi como el que esta en la planta baja que es delicioso. El cuarto es muy comodo y limpio. El personal es MUY AMABLE. Lo recomiendo ampliamente "

The room is more like a well sized apartment with its own living room, small kitchen, and gigantic bathroom with a tub and shower. We stayed in the red horse suite, incredible! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. "Great service. Our room was so dimly lit and we asked for more lights and they delivered 3 lamps and stronger light bulbs. In the future, we would ask for a room on an upper floor. We were on the second floor. The corridors were also dimly lit so we were very careful. The hotel people were very responsive and helpful. Having a Starbucks in the courtyard was great so we could pick up breakfast and croissants in the morning."
