"Nicole was the best host I have come across in my travels. We’re staying there just to visit with him. The breakfast was nice. I think every room here is different. The room we stayed in had a nicely renovated bathroom and the bed was very comfortable for the most part. It was quiet just some noise from the neighbors upstairs and the church bells in the morning. A nice location right near the Vaparetto station. The room we were in could use some updating. The bed was comfortable, but the desk in...

"The room was clean, it was quiet, and quite spacious! Delicious pastries at breakfast to boot, and a great location in Venice. Would love to stay again if we return!"

"the room was spacious. Breakfast was amazing. location was great."

"Small boutique hotel, practically unmarked with only a buzzer at street level—I passed it twice before figuring out where it was. It’s a beautiful 600 year old palazzo that has been renovated. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and bathrooms fully functional. Lots of stairs so not suitable for disabled. When I had to check out at 4 am, I was told just to leave the keys in the room with no hassle. I would definitely go back."

"La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable ! El departamento con el espacio perfecto y la ubicación , cerca de todo , muy contentas"

"Hotel is typically in an old building. Convenient to walk to train station."

"Good luck if the front desk isn’t staffed. Oh yeah, it never is! What’s worse is the property is located across a small canal from the fish market. It stinks like rotting fish 24/7. Also, the fishermen arrive before 5:00 AM to drop off and then carve up the fish. The only things louder than them are the gulls! Finally, no effective curtains or blackouts means the sun will have you up by 6:00 if you manage to sleep through the rest."

"En el mismo centro de San Marco. El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudo bastante con sus recomendaciones."
