"Beautiful property and room. The staff was amazing. I will say as it is an old property there are no elevators so if you have heavy luggage or bad knees it is difficult. We knew of this so it did not deter us. The staff was amazing, they even helped with our heavy luggage. They gave us a sweet little to go breakfast because our plane left so early and it was phenomenal."

"Very clean room with an AMAZING VIEW, ask for room 6! Umberto was kind and responsive, as well as the young man who made breakfast…a great “North American” style breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs and bacon, along with fresh baked croissants! You are within walking distance of every major tourist site as well. "

"The hotel was more like a Hostel. Considering how much I paid and we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The toilet didn’t flush. There was mold in the shower. The bed was two twin size beds and I paid for a single bed. My husband’s back hurts from sleeping in such an uncomfortable bed. It was terrible. I do not recommend. "

"The property is fantastic for a 500 yr old property. Of course it could use a few touch ups but it had everything we needed, an excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and great location to most of the key attractions. I would definitely stay here again."
