"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

One highlight for me was the incredibly comfortable and supportive mattress. As someone with back problems, getting a good night's sleep after a long journey was invaluable. "This hotel was wonderfully close to St. Marks and right in the midst of high end shopping. It was pretty close to many of the other sites we were interested in. We had the included breakfast and it was excellent, the room was refreshed between our outings and the concierge made our stay stress free. We made use of the laundry service and that exceeded expectations as well. All in all, it was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, the A/C worked well!"

"The apartment is close to one of the ferry stops (St Angelo) which is convenient. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to restaurants and shops. There are NO ELEVATOR although it’s in the picture. The WiFi was so bad. Getting the keys was so inconvenient. We took the water boat to St Angelo, while the other person waited with the suitcase, I walked to the pick-up location and back. It takes 15min if you take the boat (single ride €9.50) to get across or 30min if you go...

I saw her going upstairs and looking up as if to check if the guests were inside the room, and she stopped as if I caught...
