"I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel."

The room was aesthetically pleasing, elegant, and equipped with a well-stocked mini-fridge containing thoughtful and reasonably priced items. The private balcony offered a comfortable and inviting space, allowing us to enjoy the view of the restaurants below. It provided breakfast in the morning and coffee and tea, which are essential amenities. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this establishment...

"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quick to respond to messages. I love that it is in a very old building, but the room has all of the up to date amenities. Plus, good air conditioning. Easy walk to all of the sites you are usually in Rome to see. Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi, etc. Although some may not like the stairs, I loved that I had a spiral staircase to my room. It is also really close to a taxi stand as well."

"This was an airb&B and not a hotel. Staff gives you a code and then only reachable by text, which was efficient. Garage was the problem, extremely small space, hard to get in and out, so this place is best if you have no car. The staff would not come to chnage the towels but would make the beds and cut off the air conditioning. Rome was hit by a heat wave during our stay so getting into a hot room was not pleasant and we had to wait until the place cooled down to feel comfortable. No breakfast...

"We had a fantastic stay in Navona Colors. Staff was friendly and helped us arrange transportation from the cruise port and to the airport. They always answered promptly. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for families. An amazing and oh so necessary AC keeps the apartment cool. Perfect location. We felt very safe in the area. I would highly recommend."
